We explained the benefits of our philosophy of "Better Communities Through Better Communication" to the Board and property Management Company. We showed how a combination of tools could prevent this from happening again and actually strengthen their community. We also demonstrated that we would do most of the work, making this a very simple turnkey solution for them to adopt. The Newsletter ASAP, a condominium newsletter was produced. While a great deal of damage was done to the relationship between the homeowners, the Board, and the Property Management Company, the newsletter served as a forum to explain the process. To avoid future problems, the Board agreed that all meetings of the Board and all meetings of the Homeowners would be published and distributed to all homeowners and renters within their community immediately following the meetings.
